2Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, the server stores technically necessary data such as IP address, date, time, page requested and browser to ensure secure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place with IONOS.

3Contact form and email
When you write to me, I process your name, company, email address, topic and message, voluntarily also how you heard about me, and on request the result of a Quick Check, in order to answer your request. The form is processed on the IONOS server and delivered to me by email. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. I delete the data once the request has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.

4Quick Checks
The Pricing Check and the SWP Quick Check calculate in your browser only. Your answers are neither stored nor transmitted. If you click “Discuss the result”, your browser keeps only the result in its session storage so that it appears in the contact form; it is deleted when you close the tab and only transmitted if you send the form.

5Statistics without cookies
For anonymous reach measurement I use IONOS SiteAnalytics, a service of my hosting provider IONOS SE. It evaluates the access data that arise anyway when a page is requested, such as page requested, referring page, browser and time. The IP address is anonymised as soon as it is collected and only used to determine the country. No cookies are set and no profiles are created. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is improving this website.

6Fonts and icons
Fonts and icons are hosted on my own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made when you visit.

Links to LinkedIn, Xing and www.swp-studio.de only transmit data to the respective provider once you click them.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR. An email to is sufficient.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
